  • I need help ordering online.
    Please call us during normal business hours, and we will be glad to walk you through it.
  • Do you have a printed catalog you can mail me?
    No. We are constantly changing our product offering as new items become available. To continue to offer you the latest brand name products, we only offer these online.
  • Can I order a product sample?
    Yes you may, and we encourage you to do so.

    You will be billed at the 4 piece price, +$10 handling fee. If this is returned within 10 days you will receive full credit for the product charge toward your order, but you are responsible for return shipping. Returned items must not be previously worn or laundered. Product samples do not include embroidery.
  • How do you handle returns?
    We guarantee the quality of our product and embroidery. Once a product is customized for you, returns are only accepted if there is a quality issue. When you get your digital photo or virtual embroidery sample, PLEASE VERIFY THAT IT LOOKS AS YOU WANT IT TO, AND THAT IT IS SPELLED CORRECTLY. If you approve artwork that is incorrect, we are not responsible. If you should have a quality issue, please contact us for prompt repair or replacement.
  • I've seen other shirts in the same brand, but you don't offer them on your website. Are they available?
    Maybe. Many of these brands offer both retail and corporate apparel lines. Some manufacturers will give us access to both, but usually require a minimum order. If you have a particular golf shirt you would like to order, call us with the details and we'll let you know if it is available.
  • I just got my order, and everyone loves these shirts. Can I get the same price if I order more?
    We get this question often. If you re-order within 30 days, you will get the lesser price of either the quantity price on the re-order, or the price you paid on your first order. We still, however, have a 4-piece minimum. No, we do not combine the orders to give you a quantity price.

Embroidery & Decoration

  • Can I send you my company logo to embroider?

    Yes, that's what we do!

    All prices quoted on ProGolfShirts.com include one standard size embroidery, whether it is your design or one of ours. There is a one-time setup fee for us to digitize your own company logo for embroidery, which runs $50 for most logos. The digitizing and application includes up to 10,000 stitches (most corporate logos will run between 6,000 and 8,000 stitches). There will be an additional charge if your design is larger than that.   • Where is our embroidery located on our shirts?
    Over 90% of our customers have the embroidery done on the left chest (your left when wearing the shirt). We are happy to put your embroidery in any location available. Some prefer a right side because of name badges or other company issues. Some prefer on the sleeve of short sleeve shirts or on the cuff of dress shirts. The back of the shirt under the collar is also popular. Most of these brand name shirts already have a brand logo in one of these locations.
  • What if I want additional embroidery?
    Our prices include one location embroidery. If you want embroidery in more than one location (a sponsor's name, for example) we will be happy to do this at an additional charge. Please call us to discuss your needs.
  • What size are your golf designs?
    Most designs are between 3" and 4" wide. Our maximum for a left chest size is about 4½" in diameter, but most customers prefer a subtler image. Sometimes small lettering or detail in the logo dictates an image size. Often we have to enlarge the entire design to make the detail legible.
  • Can you embroider other items besides shirts?
    Of course, but we only embroider items we sell. If you are looking for towels, bags, or other items you may not see on the web site, call us.
  • Do you offer screen-printing?
    Because of our all-inclusive pricing on ProGolfShirts.com, we only feature embroidered products here. You may order silk-screened products from our sister web site at http://www.imageconnection.net.
  • Can I get an embroidery sample?
    You will always receive via email either a digital photo or a virtual sample of your embroidery after you place your order. We are happy to mail you an actual embroidered swatch if you wish, but that may delay your order. In some cases, we may insist that you review the actual embroidered swatch before we proceed with your order.
  • I need more space for lettering than you have available on your stock golf designs. Can I put in more?
    We have allowed the maximum number of characters, without making the lettering too small. We have limited space in each design, and if we further reduce the size of the lettering, it will become difficult to sew and to read.
  • Can I order blank merchandise?

    Some manufacturers require that we only sell their brand in our corporate line with embroidery or decoration. These are noted on the pages for each individual brand, but if you have a question, please call us. If you are providing your own decoration through another vendor, this may satisfy the decoration requirement, but you may be asked to provide a written statement. Products on ProGolfShirts.com are the same price whether blank or embroidered.

Billing

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as payment. Company checks may also be accepted as pre-payment, however your order will not be processed until check is received. Please call us if you are interested in paying by check.
  • Can you bill us on net terms?
    We have corporate accounts on net terms, but we ask that most new accounts pre-pay by check or credit card. To obtain credit terms you will be required to fill out a credit application, and the time it takes to establish terms depends on how responsive your references are and how current your information may be.
  • We are a government agency. Can we issue a purchase order for payment?
    In some cases, yes, you can issue a PO. Please call us to discuss.
  • When is my credit card billed?
    We have chosen to process our Credit Card transactions "off line", meaning that even if you order online, your card is processed separately. Because of the custom nature of most orders, we want to make sure that we can meet your requirements before we bill your card.

    If you order blank goods for immediate shipment, your card is billed the same day. If you order embroidered shirts like most of our customers, we will bill your card for 50% of the original total before we begin processing your order. The remaining balance will be billed to your credit card on shipment. This allows for changes you may make to your order during the process. There are some exceptions such as rush orders where we may bill your card immediately.

Shipping & Delivery Information

  • Why include free shipping?
    So you always know what your final bill will be. Most of us don't mind paying shipping costs, but all of the extra hidden fees included in "handling and insurance" are usually just another profit center for most suppliers. If you haven't noticed, since ProGolfShirts.com began offering free shipping on all orders, our competitors have also begun to offer this.
  • How long does it take to get my order?

    Most new orders will ship in about a week. After we receive your logo, we will set it up for embroidery (referred to as digitizing). In 1-2 days, you will receive via email a digital photo of an embroidered fabric swatch for your approval, and any adjustments will be made as requested. Occasionally we may send you a virtual proof before we actually sew the design if we have questions about the layout. As soon as you approve your embroidery, your order is scheduled for production.

    You may also select one of our stock designs from our golf logo library. In 1- 2 business days you will receive an email with a virtual embroidery sample for your approval. Again, once approved it will be scheduled in production in the next few days.

  • HELP. I have a rush order!
    We'll accommodate if we can do so without disrupting any other scheduled commitments. Please call to discuss your requirements.
  • How do you ship?

    Orders within the contiguous United States are shipped UPS ground. If you require expedited freight you may use your own UPS of FedEx account, or we will bill you for the difference in freight for ground service vs. expedited service.

    If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories that receive US mail service, we usually ship your order via Priority Mail.

    Unless you are ordering samples, your order will ship from our warehouse in Nashville, TN.
