New Accounts
If this is your first time ordering from Image Connection, please understand that we only
do business with established accounts, and may require additional information from you.
ALL OF THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE MUST BE ACCURATE AND VERIFIABLE.
Most new accounts other than government agencies will be required to pay by credit card.
If you wish to establish open terms after your account is opened, please
contact us for a credit application.
Because many of the products we provide are customized in some fashion, we take care
to ensure that all of our information is correct. We will ask you to approve all
embroidery or printing in advance. Any artwork you upload on our site must be verified
by us before it can be used in decoration. If you do not respond in a timely fashion,
will cause your order to be delayed.
If you represent a new location for an existing account or group,
please call customer service to get your proper log-in information.
Current Accounts
After you log-in, all of your artwork from past orders should be
available online for you to select for current and future orders.
This will help insure the accuracy of all of your decorating
services. If your company has multiple locations, there may be
artwork specific to your location as well as logos available to
all locations in your company. If you don't find the design you
are looking for please let us know immediately.
If you are entitled to corporate discounts, this pricing will
be displayed as well as any contract pricing for your program.
Since this system is new for us, your order history will be available
online for all orders placed going forward on this system.
Artwork Creation & Editing
Most of our customers provide the artwork for our decorating
services, but we can provide art services for the creating or
editing of designs as needed. We charge $50.00per hour for this
service, with a 1/2 hour minimum or $25.
Shipping Services
If you have special shipping instructions, such as shipping
an order to multiple locations or individuals, of special
packaging requirements please let us know when your order is placed
so we can plan accordingly. There is a charge for these extra
services, and we can give you a quote based on your specific requirements.
We only ship domestically.
Returns
Please call for authorization before you attempt any return.
Most non-decorated garments that have not been worn or
laundered, and are still in a resalable condition with all
tags and packaging can be returned within 20 days of receipt.
Some items may be subject to a restocking charge. After 20
days, returns will be accepted at our discretion.
Garments which are embroidered or otherwise customized are
not returnable unless there is a quality issue, or if there
is an error on our part which caused you to receive the wrong
garment. Please be sure you are ordering the correct
garment in the correct size before ordering.
Quality issues will be addressed promptly with the repair or
replacement of the defective garment. Damage caused by accident,
abuse, normal wear, or improper sizing is the responsibility of
the customer.
