I must tell you that I, and my company’s owner, have discussed the fact that the exacting and personal customer service that we have received since almost immediately after this small order was placed has been impressive, to say the least. You would have thought that we had ordered hundreds of shirts, rather than just six. It seems that the art of customer service is a lost one, especially in an internet world, but you have proven that there still exist those in business who choose to set themselves apart.
