I would like also to say that in both my professional and personal life, I order products almost daily; sometimes over the phone and often over the net, ranging from $0.10 to over $200,000.00. I must tell you that I, and my company’s owner, have discussed the fact that the exacting and personal customer service that we have received since almost immediately after this small order was placed has been impressive, to say the least. You would have thought that we had ordered hundreds of shirts, rather than just six. It seems that the art of customer service is a lost one, especially in an internet world, but you have proven that there still exist those in business who choose to set themselves apart. I hope that as this new, offshoot business we are starting grows and I hope that we may have the opportunity to work with you in the future. ... I also must note my appreciation for your offering such a variety of brands, styles, and sizes.
